MobileMe thanks

I started a long and involved post explaining how MobileMe support had sorted out my terrible calendar/iCal/iPhone syncing problems when I moved from my Palm Treo, but I even I was getting bored writing it, so I stopped…

But for the record, the best IT support I’ve ever had came month ago from the MobileMe team at Apple in Ireland – I sent them a long email detailing what had gone wrong, and they came back with a three sides of A4 email with maybe 20 clear steps that worked beautifully to untangle a rather weird mess, without losing any data. I was impressed, and it stopped me moving to Exchange, which was the next obvious solution.

Still not that exciting to anyone else I’m sure, but for me – ace.
