Haiti: Beyond the Rubble exhibition – 29

The November 2010 elections caused unrest and violence in the capital, Port-au-Prince. Extra UN peacekeepers were brought into the city to control protests and minimise the violence that threatened to further destabilise the nation. Here Nepalese military police patrol in the affluent Port au Prince suburb of Petionville.
