Through the round window…

I’ve done a lot of school prospectus and website photography recently, working with the very wonderful people at Two Thirds Design in Birmingham on a lot of the projects (eg St Edwards Catholic Primary and St Johns CE Primary) . Last week however, I was on my own, back in a very local school, Pye Bank CE Primary, which I love working in – great head, staff, and pupils. And its only three minutes from my house, which gives me a slightly longer lie in than when I’m working in Birmingham… I shot my first school prospectus there about five years ago (coincidentally, my first shoot on my D3 too), and it was fantastic to see so many large prints of my pictures around the school – it’s always great to see your work used nicely, especially as often you don’t see how things get used.

Here’s a ‘something round, something blue…’ shot of the new building at Pye Bank – as and when they put up a website I’ll link through to that. Just a random picture of school-ness.

Round and round we go…
